Summit Steps captures a playful yet determined pursuit of elevation. Two youthful climbers rise side by side, carved into the golden Kansas limestone with confident strokes and a spirited rhythm. Their gestures mirror each other in opposition, separated by a chiseled natural divide—each chasing their own path, yet bound by a shared goal. Above them, three recessed candle ports provide a tiered crown to the work, inviting a soft light to trace the climbers’ ascent.
